sometimes i question the world.

...a little too much in my little head.

often i start thinking, musing, be it a resultant from the profundity of wise authors' words from a book, or the rambles heard in lit class, or simply the day-by-day (though there isn't many, sadly) gossips.

occasionally there would be the pleasing outcome of an enlightenment,

others, more often than not, would be a leering bottomless pit of depression n overpowering uncertainties that threatens to suck mi deep into it.

of cox i have occured no suicidal thoughts, nor anything abt self-mutilation. (i do not need anything else to 'uglify' mi more, thank you!)

but such sad thought dampened my mood, if not my spirit, n drag mi down significantly.

alrite, i m pondering now.

this is getting mi nowhere.

...hey! i mean i don't get paid for writing such nonsense or rubbish... n i definately do not need psychologists bills written to my already-bankrupt bank account.

maybe i should develop my crap n compile them into a novel! XD

i don't know if thinking profound thoughts, or conjuring the effect of appearing to do so, helps my life...

for mi, as a pathetic slob being in the handcruffs of education in JC, i do not even have to wait to see the disastrous A's results to judge tt it is completely n utterly useless to my grades.

well, excluding improving my 'crapping' skills for 'unprecendented' qns in the exams. - _ -''

so then, now i will snap out (only for a while) of my miserable self-effacing 'mind arguements'.

GOALS. for this wk.

1. Finish NORMAL DISTRIBUTION tutorial by fri.

2. Study econs BALANCE OF PAYMENTS lecture by wed.

3. Study PLATE TECHTONICS n read at least 2 VOLCANOES n EARTHQUAKE CASESTUDIES each. by sat.

with mid-yr exams over, i can't help but feel giddy with joy n of cox, being dead lazy.

i made real 'good' use of my leisure time, which includes...

1. painstakingly organising my pics folders in the com, it was then i realised how crazed i was as a fangirl of Dir En Grey, when i did a mental check of the HUGE amt of pics i had of them! XD
2. drooling over jrockers (fav. pasttime)
3. rambling nonsense with my net fren, who gave mi great entertainment when he showed mi many youtube links (japanese comedy shows). i nearly died laughing XD
4. watching Samurai Champloo, Azumanga Daioh non-stop for abt 4hrs?
c where all my time goes?

of cox, i'm no geek locked up in the hse stoning in front of the com all-day!
had an event filled fri n wkend...

Fri::

1. watch Transformers movie with Moon, Kai Xian n Huiling XD

the cinema we were in was big n the screen was huge (jux add brownie pts to the movie ^_^)
i tried out the new eyeliner i bought (but i don't know howta use it!)
anyway, the dumb ting smudges (also thanks to my oily yet dry skin - _ -'')
stupid ting.
haix. there was no neoprint at Plaza Sing.! can u believe it?!? i thought it was in existance everywhere! would have love to drag Huiling to take one!
then with nth much to do, we stroll n wander around...
n nv fail to enter Daiso! hahaX. always feel like an obasan (housewife) in there!
cox there was this time in Vivocity when mi n my sec sch fren Gloria bought nth but FOOD, mostly from Daiso! XD
there was also this paper shop...
nice paper, BUT freaking ex! like one piece of paper for $6+??!?! wth.
think i buy liao also can't bear to cut or anything to it, except for preservation >_< lor.

2. yesterday was Live Earth concert 7/7/07

they say wear green support mah,
SO i wear lor!
in the end like so little pple wear! >_<
was gonna meet Gloria to return her the animes...
but i haven't watch finish yet, so she said some other time then return can. yay~
she gave a damn funni comment, "aiye, not like we wear green we will save the Earth right? think what? we can photosythesis n give out oxygen huh."

well, at least it was jux a kinda silent physical pledge, at least to mi.

3. all-time fren Jeanice got tickets to NDP 3rd Rehearsal n i got to go!

i complimented her new watch (cox no one said tt before) n i guessed tt made her happie XD
after sec sch, this is like the 1st time we met up since last yr June i guess.
she didn't change much.
still goofy dear good old Jeanice ^_^
ours was the Green Sector (which was unfortunately the furthest one btw!)
along our long walk there, she was pointing out the army guys n saying these ushers were those tt are jux recruited n doing BMT (Basic Military Training), which means judging by the time they enrolled into NS,
they are the ones tt fail or got Bronze for Napfa >_<"

she was elated by all this knowledge and looked at mi, "heyhey! c i so li hai! know so much NS stuff. Praise mi praise mi!!" - _ -''
she somemore dare say i dare (bad english here!) to act cute even when i was late (i wanted to get the ticket stud from her)
she also as thick-skinned mah! Lolx.

4. The Lame-ness of NDP rehearsals.

i blinked. i really blinked.
was tt white tingy the mcces were holding the SCRIPTS?!? wth.
n they actually looked at the damned thing when they spoke!
i was shaking my head in disagreement to their 'professionalism' (or lack of it.)
n i think a good handful of pple are too.
"tt totally ruin our impression, they seemed so forced."

n 'cox it was a rehearsal, some of the artistes wasn't there.
it was pure entertainment n comedy when a girl came out holding the actual artiste name on a board! XD
n she made some funny faces at the start too! Lolx.
we were also totally cracked up when some guy as the 'simulator' held up a small board with the words "First Cabinet Minister" or smth.
n he too played along n waved to the audience!! hahaX.

they had this dragon boat racing thing for the pre-parade...
before the race start,
"i bet u they(dragonboators from respective schs) wouldn't be here!"
n i thought, "i don't even think there will be anything."

n the mcess continued unfazed, shouting abt the 3 'dragonboats'. wow.

hahaX. n there was this one time when the mcces asked us to wave our flags...
the other end sector have goodie bags, but my sector don't have! =(
they biased!!
haax. then someone shouted from behind, "NO FLAG LAH!" Lolx.

5. NDP is cool!

teeheex. other than these lame stuff, the rest was pretty cool!

u know the canons that goes off (think 19times?? or was it 17? >_<) when the president walk passed the contingents?
heex. this yr the canons were visble n jux across us! (on the other coast of cox)
damn near!!
so abt everytime the canons go bomb, we will jump! XD kinda fun!

the civil defense dunno-what display was damn cool!!
waaa~ c all those fighter jets zoom passed n the cute helicopters tt 'salute' to us!
there were also coast guard speedboats~~

heex. kinda remind mi tt time mi n Jeanice trying to drive a speedboat!
think we were being quite haphazard in our 'driving', cox the pple were damn scared of us when i nearly steered into some coming boat! >_<"

i wanna ride cruise!!!~~
but then, Huiling was saying what some cruise ship the WHOLE ship few hundred pple down with some disease or bacteria attack on board some cruise to HK o.O
BUT i still wanna ride cruise!!
oops, i'm going off-topic!

now, what was i saying...

o ya, there was also supposed to be a LIVE symphony orchestra n chinese orchestra~~
i'm sure will be damn nice if they were actually there tt day... but sadly they weren't =(

the starting NDP performance was some Underwater world thing...

the little starfishes n fishes were very adorable~
n there were floating-flying jellyfishes on the water...
very nice, they were glowing orange too ^_^
the next item they had a float shipped in...
the fireworks on the highway bridge was gorgeous, was like a dripping curtain of gold~ so pretty.

o right, nearing the finale...
u know, pple who r damn freaking frightened by dreadful horrendous traffic jams wants to go off early...
hey sure man, of cox u guys can go off early...

anyway, the fireworks display at the finale was nice nice NICE! XD
hahaX. i can always c the fireworks from my hse, n after seeing them SO MANY times, it kinda get boring...
so i was pretty surprised i can still feel the excitment n happiness when i c them tt night.
it was a pretty diff. experience, watching it RIGHT IN FRONT of us! *_*
n Jeanice was jux saying then tt they would probably be biased again n put more fireworks at the other end.
BUT THEY DIDN'T! wahahaX.
it was on OUR side! nyahahaX.

it is a wonderful thing to be wowed by such stuff~
well, supposing my cynical deposition...
hey i can't help it! i'm ANGSTY! XD

*stretchs* tired le.. the NDP rehearsal end liao...
we walked back to City Hall MRT with large hordes of pple.
u can jux imagine the terrible 'human jam' =(

in the train, Jeanice was saying how my dressing Looks ex.
but it isn't! XD only spent $50 on the whole outfit... including the shoes k!
erm.. not including my converse bag lah.

Transformers movie: one word. NICE! XD

too bad Hui Fang n Sharon didn't join us, it was damn awesome! 5 STARS! XD
it was like a mega blockbuster packed with all sorts of stuff...
car race, explosions, fighter planes, comedy...

n the car transformer Bumblebee was damn cute!
what with his attitude when he play diff. music to suit the mood n_n
n his silly tantrums when he threw the pple out when the girl commented that the car looked like some crap!
ahh~ dream car~~

n i made a realization abt movies.
movies make NO SENSE.
plus NO LOGIS.

well.. the main character Sam was supposed to hand over this cube tingy to the air force to bring it somewhere - _ -''
No.1: why is there the necessity of bringing somewhere when u can just self-destruct it here!!

he had to find a white building n climb to the top of it.
remember: Megatron is frantically chasing after him!

our hero Sam ran into some run-down building...
then there was this terrifying flight of stairs!

he MADE IT! w/o getting killed by Megatron of cox.

at this pt. of time...
i wonder:
Megatron muz be pretty useless.
Sam is probably a super-human in disguise tt can run up stairs at an alarmingly fast rate!
plus, he doesn't get tired.

then Sam fired some smoke signal to the helicopter (which got shot down easily by Megatron - _ -'' poor Sam, pity him for running so far for nth!)

other than this Lame bit, the movie got its credit from my fav. destructive scenes! wahahaX.

past few days was such a breeze.
Life after exams is heavenly~~ XD
slacked till i feel like rotting on the ground =X

watched Azumanga Daioh anime..
23 epis!! i nv done tt ever before!
n yes, it hurt my eyes!

hahax. for such a lame person like mi, the anime was brillant.

no annoying silly female lead! i was refering to those who scream in distress for the hero to save them..

oh plzz, why the hell did u even get into this shit! deserved to die! *cold n heartless**insert evil-sounding music*

wait wait.. Azumanga Daioh is actually an ALL-FEMALE cast!!
wow.. nv thought i would watch smth like this.

it is abt high sch life with a bunch of frens.

normal? nahx!

n the nekos r super cute YET scary!!

the form teacher is crazy! XD hahax.. in her eccentric manner n childishness
n she adores bullying her poor fren/colleague n her class!

the grp of good frenx include

a kawaii chibi 6th grader genius child Chiyo-chan,

a kakkoi althetic neko-loving quiet Sakaki-san,

a cool headed dieting Yomi-san, who can't help but to be annoyed into hysteria by
the 'equally crazy as her teacher' much over-enthu Tomo-chan.

not forgetting dear dense n *coughx* dreadfully slow 'Osaka'

Night-walking Osaka is freaking scary!!
